West Corporation Hiring 175+ New Full-Time Positions in Rocky Mount

West Corporation, a leading provider of technology-driven, voice-oriented solutions, recently announced plans to hire more than 175 new full-time customer care professionals for its Rocky Mount center.

The new positions come from increased demand from an existing client, a major cable television provider. Customer care professionals will earn $10 per hour plus incentive opportunities, and will focus on assisting callers with inquiries regarding their existing accounts. West is looking for applicants with strong work histories and good customer service and computer skills to fill the new positions.

To support its hiring efforts, the Company will host on-site job fairs on Wednesday, March 3rd, and Thursday, March 4th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Rocky Mount employment office located at 1974 Stone Rose Drive.
